Catherine "Ann" Maker

Catherine Ann Maker, 85, of Chester, VA., went to be with the Lord, Saturday, February 2, 2019.
She is the daughter of the late Levi D. and Nancy Ball Mullins. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Harvey B. Maker; brothers, Patrick Mullins and Welford Mullins; sisters, Boletha Mullins Soloe and Eloise Mullins Soloe.
Ann was an artist, singer, writer and she enjoyed playing the banjo. She was a dog lover and a gardener.
She is survived by her children, Jessie A. Maker and Hope M. Maker; grandchildren, Melanie Lisa, Dawn April, and Joya Grace; great-grandchild, Emma Grace; sisters, Edith Robertson and husband Robert and Jerry Vogt; brother, Carroll Wayne Mullins and numerous extended family and friends.
A graveside service will be held, 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Park; with the Rev. Dr. Ivan Perkinson officiating.
