Cecelia Phelps

Cecelia Marie Phelps, 72, of Chester died on Friday, March 12, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents, Randolph Jefferson Tucker, Eva Scott Burch Tucker, and Virginia Tucker. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Ira Basil Phelps, Jr. Mrs. Phelps is survived by her children, Teresa M. Duguay and husband, Brian, Jerry L. Phelps, and Debra A. George and husband, Billy; grandchildren, Douglas B. Duguay, David J. Duguay, Kati L. George and Kendall E. George and great granddaughter, Kaitlyn D. Duguay. The family will receive friends at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Monday, March 15, 2010 from 6 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at the funeral home with Rev. Carl Cosslett officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
