Cecilia G. Seaman

Cecilia Georgina Seaman, 96, of Petersburg, passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Henry Seaman Sr.; Son Roderick Seaman; daughters, Mary Louise Disney, and Valarie Jean Seaman. She is survived by her children, Daniel F. Seaman (Janice), Craig V. Seaman (Joan), Thomas H. Seaman Jr., Valerie Lynn Baldwin (Tom), Marcella A. Kelly (Jay), Keith E. Seaman (Renee); 14 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. Cecilia was born in Detroit to Earl and Nellie Bussinger. She was a longtime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. The family will receive friends and family for a visitation at 10:00 a.m. in the Commons on Wednesday August 15th at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, 151 W Washington St., Petersburg, Va 23803 where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
