Celeste Allen Reidelbach, 97, of Chester, VA, passed away on Monday, October 7, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Reidelbach; and her siblings, Libby Carter, June Colgin, Stuart and Dick Allen. Mrs. Reidelbach is survived by her sister, Marjorie Lee and her husband, John. She was a very kind and giving person. Interment will be private.
