Charles Edward Lilly, Jr. 61, of Prince George County, VA passed away, Thursday, April 27, 2017. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles E. Lilly, Sr.; grandparents, Melvin Simonson, Nellie Casto, Theodore and Georgia Lilly. He is survived by his daughter, Marie Lilly and fiancé Johnny Owen; daughter, Elizabeth Morgan; son, Charles Edward Woodard (Lynne); grandchildren, Jasmine Fouts, Jada Owen, Kiara Lilly, Mirah Morgan, Brittany Woodard; mother, Dorothy Lilly; sister, Lois Adams (Gerald); fiancée, Joyce Lewis, and numerous extended family and friends. Mr. Lilly was an avid outdoorsmen. He loved hunting, fishing, Nascar and spending time with his family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, April 30, 2017 at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral, 820 W. Broadway, Hopewell, VA.
