Charles Myers

Charles William Myers 80 passed away on Thursday October 7, 2010. He was the son of the late Charles and Almeda Coughenour Myers. He was also preceded in death by his son, Jeffery Myers, and two sisters, Betty Hickle, and Linda Burley.
Mr. Myers served his country proudly in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He retired from Hercules after 39 years of service and was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church. He is survived by his loving wife Donna J. Myers, his sons, Rodney Myers and his wife Frances, and Dr. Eric Myers and his wife Lisa, five grandchildren, Jason, Wesley, Elizabeth, AnnaScott, Sarah, one great grandchild Kailyn Myers, and other family and friends. The family will receive friends from 7pm to 8:30pm on Sunday, October 10, 2010 at the J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service Hopewell Chapel, where funeral services will be held at 10am on Monday, October 11, 2010 with interment to follow in Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens, Prince George.
