Charles William â??Chuckâ? Sanbury, of Eufaula, Al., died June 9, 2010. He was born in Jamestown, New York and was a retired SFC with the U. S. Army. He was proceeded in
death by his parents, Chester LaRue and Elizabeth L. Cross Sanbury. Surviving are his wife Darlene Odom Sanbury of Eufaula Al., two sons, Todd William Sanbury and wife Cindy of Green Castle, PA., Duncan Eric Swords, Jr. and wife Pam of Prince George, VA., two daughters, Heather Sanbury Allen and husband Steve of Glen Burnie, MD., Brandy Christina Swords-May of Daleville, AL., six grandchildren, Beth, Tiffany, Dyllan, Kevin, Alyssa and Angel, two brothers, David LaRue Sanbury of St. Petersburg, FL., Richard Earl Sanbury of Tampa, FL., a sister, Mary Lee Hinsdale and husband Bryan of Kennedy, NY. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 17, 2010 from 7:30-8:30 pm in the Hopewell Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Friday, June 18, 2010 at 1:30 pm in Quanitco National Cemetery, Quanitco, VA., with Rev. Al Toney, pastor of Union Baptist Church, Petersburg officiating.
