Charles Spears

Charles T. Spears, 85, of Richmond, Va. died Sunday April 17, 2005 in Chippenham
Medical Center. He was a veteran of World War II and a retired SMSgt. United States Air Force after twenty years of service. He is survived by his wife Iva Spears of Richmond; three sons Charles H. Spears of Jupiter. Fla., Thomas F. Spears and wife Susan M. of NC
and John D. Spears of Arkansas; two daughters Cheryl Lyn Riley and husband James of Gloucester, Va.; and Lois A. Chen of Virginia Beach, Va.; three step sons Dennis T. Baxley and wife Bobbie of South Dakota, C. Ray Baxley and wife Pam of Hopewell and Kenneth M. Baxley and wife Linda of Hopewell, Va; one step daughter, Marie Bass and husband Wayne of Richmond, brother Lillius Spears and wife Margie of Preston, Ga, three sister Nelma Ruth Fullerton of Cordele, Ga., Nancy Williams of Snellville, Ga., and Lydia Frye of Merritt Island, Fla; twelve grandchildren and numerous great grand children. Services will be conducted Wednesday, April 20, 2005 at 11:00 am at the J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremations Service Chesterfield Chapel. Interment will follow at Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George, Va. The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 19, 2005 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at the funeral home.
