Charles Robert Williams, 68, of Chester, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marian Williams; mother, Doris Mae Williams; step-father, Lawrence Collins; step-grandmother, Ms. Bessie Rollins; step-aunt, Jessie; step-uncle, Virgil; infant brother, Charles Williams and siblings, Albert Collins, Michael Williams, and Janice Williams; niece, Cassandra Gaffe; and nephew, Franklin L. Johnson, Jr.
Charles Williams was a U.S. Army Veteran.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Amie Williams; daughter, Dawn Francesca Williams; son, Victor Williams; siblings, Lawrence M. Collins, Anthony Williams, Jacqueline Williams, Barbara Williams, Elaine Emerenini, and Karen Martin.
