Charlotte Ann Light

Charlotte A. Light, 83 of Disputanta, VA passed away Friday, February 19, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, John A. Light, Sr.; son, John A. Light, Jr.; parents, Arland Ivey and Lula A. Ivey; sisters, Mamie Randolph, Vera Winslow, Martha Carsley, and Wilma Jean Barralles; brothers, Gordon Ivey, Arlin Ivey, Leroy Ivey, and James Ivey. She is survived by her sister Juanita I. Card (Wiley) of Disputanta and several nieces and nephews. Charlotte enjoyed going to the beach, cooking, dancing, singing and playing the organ and piano. She was a member of Merchants Hope Episcopal Church. A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday March 6, 2021 at Appomattox Cemetery in Hopewell.
