Christine Collins Hoverstock

Christine Collins Hoverstock, 100, of N. Dinwiddie passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2021. Born April 3, 1920, she was the daughter of the late William Henry and Patricia Henrietta Collins, and was also preceded in death by her husband, Sherman Hoverstock; and 14 siblings. She was a lifetime member of Rowanta Baptist Church, now Rowanta United Methodist, in Carson, VA. Christine also had a love for her cats. She is survived by her sons, Henry Hoverstock, Wayne Hoverstock; granddaughter, Angie Dalton; grandsons, Joseph Dalton, Preston Horton, Michael Horton; and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. A graveside service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 8, 2021 in Rowanta United Methodist Church Cemetery, Old Stage Road, Carson, Virginia.
