Clarence Ivey Smith Iii

Clarence Ivey Smith III, “CI”, 64, of Chester, passed away on May 3, 2021. He owned and operated Seaboard Insulation Group for over 30 years. He enjoyed music and playing the guitar. He loved going to the beach. Most of all, he was a family man, and was a selfless, devoted husband and father. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him. Clarence was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Smith Jr. and Emma; father-in-law, Bedrick B. Sulc; and brother-in-law, Bedrick B. Sulc Jr. “Benny.” He is survived by his loving wife, Regina Smith; daughters, Brittany and Stephanie Smith; sister, Carrie Schmidt (Charles); mother-in-law, Barbara Sulc; and numerous cousins, relatives, and friends. A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 10, 2021 at Sunset Memorial Park, 2901 W. Hundred Road, Chester, at 2 PM. Online condolences may be registered to the family at www.jtmorriss.com .
