Claudette Agee Woodard

Claudette Agee Woodard, 79, of Chester VA, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2017. She was the daughter of the late John Agee and Mary Whitback Short. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Bedford David Woodard, Jr.; son, David Woodard, III; and her sister, Betty Taylor. Ms. Woodard was the owner and operator of Truby Motor Company in Chester. She is survived by her three sons, Steve Woodard and wife Alicia, John Woodard and wife, Kim and Mark Woodard and wife, Cathy; eight grandchildren; seven great-granddaughters; as well as several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted on Monday, November 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, VA. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 12, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
