Clement Richard “Rick” Clark, II, 57, of Chester, VA passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2018. He is survived by his parents, Clement Richard and Susanna Clark; four children, Ricky, Jonathan, Brandy and Joseph Clark; a grandson, Devan; and several grandchildren, siblings and nieces and nephews. All services will be private. The family is being served by the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
