Coleen Amick Belcher

Coleen Amick Belcher, 73, of Prince George County, VA passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2021. Born in Flat Top, West Virginia she was the daughter of the late Orval and Thressie Lilly Amick; and was also preceded in death by a brother, Paul Amick. Coleen was retired from Honeywell as a Lab Technician after 30 years of dedicated service. She was a devoted Jehovah’s Witness and will be remembered by her family as a loving and devoted wife, mother and “Memaw”. Mrs. Belcher is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Charles Jeffrey Belcher; two children, Rene Orr and her husband, Tommy and Will Pruitte and his wife, Mary; four grandchildren, Haley and TJ Orr, Austin Starford and Trey Pruitte; two sisters, Athleen Ratliff and Kathy Matherly; two brothers, James Lilly and Patrick Amick; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family is being served by the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
