Courtney Lynn Adams

Courtney Lynn Adams departed this life suddenly on March 13, 2021. She was born March 23, 1994 in Petersburg, VA. She was the beloved daughter of Angela Adams Nunnally and Tommy Nunnally.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, MaKaylyn Marie Bowman; brother, Nicholas Matthew Adams; and grandparents, Shirley M. Adams and Tommy Adams. Other Survivors include her uncle and aunt, David Wayne Adams and Pamela Adams; honorary aunt and uncle, Dawn Crowder Reese and Mark Reese; cousins, David Michael Crowder (Amanda), Daelyn Crowder, and Kimberlyn Adams.
Courtney received her GED from Colonial Heights, VA and went on to graduate from dental school. Her hobbies included singing, with a love for country music, fishing, and time with family.
Courtney had the most beautiful smile and one of the largest hearts of gold. She made friends easily and loved people, life, and most of all her family.
A viewing will be held on Friday, March 19, 2021 at the Dinwiddie Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, from 10am to 3pm. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com . Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
