Courtney Falin Baxley, 42, of Prince George, VA, left this world on April 14, 2024. She was a cherished daughter, born to William Baxley, Jr. and Elizabeth Daniel. She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Elizabeth, whose spirit now welcomes her with open arms.
A beacon of light and love, Courtney will be remembered as a devoted and loving mother to her daughter, Whitney Ashton Baxley. Her legacy continues through the lives of her siblings, Shaun Baxley and his wife, Carmen, Billy Baxley III, Tanya Pittman and her husband, Joe, Tommy Pullen and his wife, Sara-Gene, Amy Baxley and her husband, RJ, Philip Pullen, Jack Pullen, Terri Hios and her husband, James, Michelle, Kim, and Sherry Dyke, Niki Taylor, Brandi Taylor, Nathaniel Baxley, Kenny Baxley and his wife, Gabby, Megan Baxley, Ashleigh West, and Ryan West. Additionally, she is survived by thirty-six nieces and nephews, all blessed to have had her presence in their lives.
Courtney's life was a testament to love and unwavering dedication to her family and friends. Throughout her career in the hospitality industry, Courtney excelled as a General Manager of hotels for over 20 years. Her work ethic and kindness inspired the lives of countless individuals who crossed her path. As we bid farewell to a remarkable soul, may we find solace in the knowledge that her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched, leaving an indelible mark of love on the world.

Friends and family will be gathering to celebrate the life of Courtney on Sunday, April 21, 2024, from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm, at Old Towne Civic Center, located at 136 River Street, Petersburg, VA 23803.
