Craig Pillsbury

Craig A. Pillsbury, born November 2nd , 1956 joined his beloved Lord in heaven on Friday, October 8, 2004 due to complications stemming from a long battle with diabetes. He was preceded in death by his brother Steven; his grandparents, Harry & Winnie Pillsbury and Michael & Eileen Donahue and his aunts, Dora Eagle and Marjorie Birch. He is survived by his parents Elwin (Al) and Jeannette Pillsbury of Chester, VA., his two sisters, Judy Sommer and Jeanne Haley and his three brothers, William, Lee and Kevin; ten nephews and eight nieces and his cousin, Larry Donahue. Craig was a published poet and an active member of the Bermuda Baptist Church in Chester, VA. He will be greatly missed by his Church, his family and his devoted friends. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, October 11, 2004 at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 3-5 pm Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
