Cynthia Bradshaw

Cynthia Lowery Bradshaw, age 86, of Chester, VA passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2007. She was born in Wilmington, DE, the daughter of the late John H. and Elizabeth H. Sanderson Lowery. Mrs. Bradshaw was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Col. Marion E. Bradshaw. She is survived by three children, Deborah B. Carter and husband Jimmy of Chester, Ret. Major James S. L. Bradshaw and wife, Mary of Sumter, SC and Elizabeth S. Bradshaw of Chester; four grandchildren, Christopher J. Carter of Chester, Jonathan A. Carter of Chester, Jennifer E. Bradshaw and fiancé, Corey Tilley of York, SC, and Laura K. Bradshaw of Charleston, SC. A funeral service will be held at St. Johnâ??s Episcopal Church, Chester, on Saturday, May 19, 2007 at 2 p.m. An interment will take place in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA on Monday, June 4, 2007 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimerâ??s Association â??
