David Alan Debutts

David Alan DeButts, 69, passed away July 18, 2018. He is predeceased by his parents Dale Crissey DeButts and Patricia Anne Hudson DeButts. He is survived by his brothers, Thomas Monteith (Melissa) and James Hudson (Lynn) DeButts. David was born August 2, 1948 in Ames, Iowa and grew up in Kaneohe, Hawaii and in Bangkok, Thailand. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hawaii Pacific College in 1973. David began his career as a material sequencing engineer for Dole Food Company. He later spent several decades in sales in various industries. David was a member of various organizations including the Sons of the American Revolution, the Experimental Aircraft Association and the International Guild of Knot Tyers. A memorial service will be held at Lucy Corr Village Friendship room at 1:00 pm Saturday, July 28th.
