David Shedrick Smith Jr.

David Shedrick Smith, Jr., 52 of Fort Meade, MD, passed away Monday, May 22, 2017. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Otelia Anderson Moore. David served his country in the United States Army and retired as a Sergeant First Class. The family will receive friends, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 1, 2017 at J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 3050 W. Hundred Rd. Chester, VA 23831. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, June 2, 2017 at Virginia Veterans Cemetery, 10300 Pridesville Rd.
