David Surdam

David Wayne Surdam, 52, of Chesterfield County, passed away Friday, April 8, 2005. He was born the son of Juanita H. and the late Bernard A. Surdam. He was an employee of the Water Department at Petersburg and later transferred to Dinwiddie County as Chief Operator for the Water Authority for a total of 29 years. He is also survived by a sister Valerie Reid and husband Ronald; an aunt Helen Henry of Michigan; cousins Donna Pecht of Sutherland, Christine Gerbel of California, Michael Keatts of Michigan, Frank Keatts of Michigan, and Howard Dunn of Indiana. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 13 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service with interment to follow in Blandford Cemetery.
