David Hall Teschner, died on June 15, 2023. He was 71 years old.
His greatest joy was raising his sons, John and George. He served the wonderful people of Christ and Grace Episcopal Church in Petersburg as their priest for more than 26 years and began his ministry as an assistant priest at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Richmond.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Juanita; sons, John (wife, Liz) and George (fiancee, Cara); brothers, Doug (wife, Marte) and Jim; amazing grandchildren, August and Max; and stepsons, Jacob and Ben Bouser (wife, Erin).
A burial service will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at 11 a.m., at Christ and Grace Episcopal Church, Petersburg, officiated by Bishop Susan Haynes.
In lieu of flowers, please consider sending a donation to Christ and Grace Church-designated to the Bette & Alan Zeller Memorial Scholarship or to the general endowment-or to Episcopal Relief and Development.
