Dean Manion

Dean Lyle Manion 84 of Chester died Monday, March 15, 2004. He was the son of the late James Rollie and Edith Davis Manion. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps., employed by Shortman Motor Company of 38 years in Topeka, KS., member of American Legion Post 91 of Chester, member of Oakland Church of the Nazerene of Topeka, KS in 60 years. He is survived by his wife, Olive Manion of Chester; sons, Gary Manion of Little Rock, AK., and Dennis Manion of Chester; daughter, Dee Kauffman of Irmo, SC., and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Thursday March 18, 2004 at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 7-8:30 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
