Debbra Ann Pervall, 56, of Chester, Virginia, passed away on May 17, 2022 at John Randolph Medical Center.
Debbra is predeceased by her father, Vincent Wray Watkins. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 38 years, Charles L. Pervall; her four beloved children, Phillip Andrew, Steven Christopher, Cpt. Joseph Michael, and Alexis Marie; three grandsons and one granddaughter; her mother, Shirley Mae Collier, of Charlottesville; her sister, Lucy E. Watkins, of Palmyra; and a host of other family and beloved friends.
Debbra was born September 27, 1965, at Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia. She graduated from Fluvanna County High School as part of the class of 1983. As a U.S. Army spouse, she had the opportunity to travel around the world and experience life in a variety of places, including Germany, Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, only to eventually settle in Prince George County, Virginia. She was passionate about taking care of family and friends, mainly through her love of cooking. She further spent her time flower gardening, home decorating, and learning all she could about cuisine and home design.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Debbra on Sunday, May 22, 2022, from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m, and the family invites friends to stay after until 6:00 p.m. to further celebrate her memory at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home at 3050 W Hundred Road, Chester, VA 23831.
