Deborah Kaye Bradshaw, 71, of Chester, VA, born in Petersburg, VA, died on Monday, June 26, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Joseph S. Bradshaw, Jr. and Jean (Elmore) Bradshaw.
She was a retired employee of the Virginia Employment Commission.
Deborah is survived by her sister, Pamela (Bradshaw) Seligman and her husband, Barry Ellotte Seligman; nephews, Jason Derrick Seligman of Colonial Heights, VA and Rodney Scott Seligman of Ottawa, Canada; and great-nephew, Hunter Derick Seligman of Colonial Heights, VA.
All services will be private.
