Deborah Anne Hanzlik of Prince George, Virginia went to be with her lord on October 14, 2018 at the age of 55 at Southside Regional Medical Center. Debbie was the daughter of J. Anne Hanzlik and the late Gilbert Hanzlik, Sr. She was preceded in death by her father, the love of her life, Gilbert Hanzlik, Sr; her sister-in-law, Stephanie Hanzlik; grandparents, Mary and Randolph Hanzlik and Clyde and Lilly May ; aunt, Brenda M. Gordon; uncle, Edwin Hanzlik; and many great-aunts and uncles. She is survived by her mother, Anne Hanzlik; brothers, Gilbert Hanzlik, Jr. and Michael J. Hanzlik (Karen); special cousin, Nancy Gilbert; aunt and uncle Carol and Randy Hanzlik, Vangie and Dan Gordon; nephews, Josh, Grayson, and Adam Hanzlik; nieces, Katy Hanzlik, Kristin H. Kelly (Jason), Courtney H. Rybar (Adam), Hadley Kelly and Cameron Rybar; and a host of cousins and 2 great-aunts. Debbie loved everyone and was a member of “Super Kids Ministries” for over 30 years. What family and friends learned from Debbie could never be taught from a book. And she would be quick to tell you if you fussed about the rain that it was God’s work. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Church of the Sacred Heart. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.
