Deborah Lynn Horne

Deborah Lynn Horne, 59, of Chester, VA passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Jessie B. Helton; and was also preceded in death by her step-father, William C. Jenkins. Deborah was a graduate of Thomas Dale High School, and was a loving daughter, sister and aunt. She is survived by her mother, Germaine “Gerry” Addison Jenkins; a brother, Randall Helton and wife, Belinda; a niece, Crystal Stoots; a nephew, Justin E. Helton; and two special friends, Phyllis and Carla. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 8, 2017 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, VA. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at the funeral home.
