Debra Jarratt Buie, 55, of Prince George passed away on Monday, May 25, 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Annette Jarratt. Debra loved animals and loved to listen and dance to country music. She is survived by her son, Jamie Owens and wife, Julie of Disputanta; daughter, Joedy Owens of Prince George; grandchildren, Kionna Owens and Trey Ellis; sister, Cathy Jarratt of Prince George; brothers, Horace â??Butchâ? Jarratt, Jr. of Colonial Heights, Mark Jarratt and wife, Debbie of Dinwiddie, and Darrell Jarratt and wife, Sonya of Orlando, Florida; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and life-long devoted friends, Wanda Morris and husband, Blair Dabney and husband, and Judy Patierno and husband. A memorial service will be held at 6 pm on Friday, May 29, 2009 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
