Debra Jo Wagner

Debra Jo Wagner, 64, of Chesterfield, VA passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 after a long and courageous battle with COPD. Born in Richmond, VA she was the daughter of the late Wallace L. Miller and Jennie J. Foutz. Debbie had worked for Wheat First Securities (now Wells Fargo) for 43 years. She was a very loving and generous person who always wanted to help people. Debbie is survived by her two children, Nikki Jo Bartlett and husband, Saad and Joshua Lee Lipscomb; one grandson, Caleb J. Lipscomb; a sister, Brenda S. Miller; two brothers, Harold L. Lavender and wife, Barbara and Mark H. Foutz and wife, Julie; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 12, 2018 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends following the service until 5:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
