Derek Seaton Nash

Derek Seaton Nash, 38, of Chester, VA passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Derek was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William and Tena Miller. Derek was affectionately known to his friends as “Big D” and was considered Thomas Dale’s Biggest Fan. He was a lover of all sports and was a huge fan of the Green Bay Packers. He is survived by his mother, Mary Nash; his father, Bill Nash and his wife, Jessica Freeman; a brother, Robert Nash; paternal grandparents, Cicero and Margaret Nash; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A memorial service for Big D will be held at a later date. The family is being served by the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
