Diane Belvin Cox, 45, of Colonial Heights died on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at Southside Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Juanita Bullifant Belvin. She is survived by her son, Thomas W. Cox; nephews, Jacques and Brandon Vest; long time and devoted friend, Jacqueline Short and a sister-in-law, Patricia Keller. A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Monday, May 17, 2010 at Blandford Cemetery. Flowers are welcome or memorial contributions may be made to the American Ling Association, P.O.
