Diane Thompson Lufsey

Diane Thompson Lufsey, 77, of Colonial Heights passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018. She was born in Key West, FL, to the late Dow Franklin Thompson and Clydeen Borden Thompson. She is survived by her husband, Lewis E. Lufsey; children, Vicki Elder (Glenn), Cathy Newton (David) and Lewis H. Lufsey (Tina); grandchildren, Dustin Newton (Elizabeth) and Chad Newton; and best friends, Gippy and Nancy Belcher, and Sandy Leonard. Diane worked as a nurse at Colonial Heights Health Care, Petersburg Home For Ladies, and retired from the Petersburg OBGYN Office. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
