Donald M. Belcher

Donald McArthur Belcher, 72, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2013 after a lengthy illness. He was the son of the late Ralph R., Sr. and Sarah Pond Belcher; and was also preceded in death by a brother, John “Bubba” Belcher; and a brother-in-law, Johnny Belcher. He is survived by his son, Woody Franklin Belcher; two grandchildren; four brothers, Ralph R. Belcher, Jr., Lawrence R. Belcher (Linda), Gerald “Jerry” Belcher (Pat), and Robert “Nicky” M. Belcher (Sue); three sisters, Joyce A. Belcher, Jean A. Belcher, and Shirley B. Nislar (Lou). A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2013 in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George, VA. The family is being served by the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home.
