Donald Clemons

Donald James Clemons, age 62, of Chester, VA passed away on Friday, April 13, 2007. He was born in Youngstown, Ohio the son of the late Paul and Ruth Clemons. Mr. Clemons was retired from the U.S. Army, a member of the American Legion Memorial Post 146, Hopewell as 2nd Vice Commander, and was chairman of Americanism. He was also a member of LA Societe Des 40 Hommes ET 8 Chevaux Voiture Locale 977 Southside, VA. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Talim Kim Clemons; son, Richard Paul Clemons and wife Stephanie of Chester; brother, Bill Clemons of FL; and granddaughter, Leah Maria Clemons of Chester; The family will receive friends at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Monday, April 16, 2007 from 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will follow there on Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Amelia, VA.
