Donald Coker

Donald Gene Coker, 55 of Hopewell, died Monday, January 19, 2009 in Johnston Willis Medical Center in Richmond. He was the owner and operator of Donâ??s Heating and Cooling Co. Donald was the son of the late Claiborne Coker and Marie Ashworth McBride. He is survived by three sons, Michael W. Coker of Hopewell, Jason E. Coker of Chester, Adam S. Coker also of Hopewell, a daughter Linda S. Coker of Bridgewater, VA, a step-son, Eric Powers of Hopewell, five grandchildren, a sister, Brenda McBride, a brother, Larry Coker both of Hopewell, a half sister, Mary Sweat and a half brother, John Coker, both of Oakdale, LA. A funeral service will be held Friday, January 23, 2009 at 7:00 PM in the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
