Oâ??BERRY, DONALD LEE of Wakefield, VA went to be with his Lord on February 14, 2011. Donald served his country in the United States Air Force and retired from the Federal Aviation Administration as an air traffic controller after 30 years.
He is survived by daughters, Donna Coffey and husband Patrick of VA Beach, Shari Ashmore and husband James of Norfolk; a son John Charles â??Jayâ? Oâ??Berry and wife Lynnette of Sedley ; grandchildren, Aaron Coffey and wife Sydney, Sarah Coffey and Ashley Oâ??Berry; and a brother, John D. Oâ??Berry and wife Jackie of Wakefield.
The family will receive friends at 6:00 p.m. at Wakefield Baptist Church on Wednesday, February 16, 2011. Burial will be private. The family is being served by Purviance Chapel of J. T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wakefield Baptist Church, P. O. Box 567, Wakefield, VA 23888.
