Donna Chapman Inscoe

Donna Chapman Inscoe, 61, of Richmond, passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Sara Chapman Inscoe. Donna lived at The Virginia Home in Richmond since the mid 1980’s. She was always cheerful and upbeat and could recognize anyone’s footsteps from half a hallway away. She is survived by her cousin, Dr. Beth James; many of her Chapman and Inscoe relatives; special social worker, Susan Eads; and her Virginia Home family. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Monday June 5, 2017 at The Virginia Home, 1101 Hampton St., Richmond, VA 23223. A graveside service will follow at 1:00 P.M. at Southlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Virginia Home. The family is being served by the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
