Donna Lipes

Donna McPeak Lipes, 56, of Hopewell, died Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at her residence. She was born in Petersburg, Va Mrs. Lipes was a twenty two year employee with the City of Hopewell. Donna lived a joyful life loving her husband, children, grandchildren and her three dogs. She was a positive, generous and faith driven person that was a blessing to be with. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Gavin McPeak. Surviving are her husband, Albert Lipes of Hopewell, a daughter, Monica Mastro and husband Nick of Chester, a son, Jason McPeak and wife Julie of Prince George, four grandchildren, Joshua, Ryan, Jackson and Ally, her mother, Bea Tyus of Prince George, three brothers, two sisters and her three dogs, Dale, Hannah and Bella. The family will receive friends Friday evening, February 11, 2011 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Hopewell Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
