Donna Pollard Poole

Donna Pollard Poole, 55, of Matoaca, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2015. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond E. Pollard. Donna was a 1977 graduate of Matoaca High School and worked in the Deli at Matoaca Exxon for many years. She was loved by all who met her and had a heart of gold. Donna is survived by her mother, Delores Ann Pollard; two step-daughters, Jenni Bagley and Mandy Seldon; sister, Debra P. Dodd and her husband, Brian; two brothers, Raymond E. Pollard, Jr., and Herbert Keith Pollard; three nieces and nephews, Tara, Steven and Lindsay; 10 great-nieces and nephews, Brittany, Natalee, Jayden, Alexus, Emmie Lou, Dennie Mae, Stevie Ann, Owen, Cameron and Fisher; sister by another mother, Vickie Hawkins and her husband, Dickie; mother-in-law, Brenda Poole; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at the Dinwiddie Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Monday, March 16, 2015 at the funeral home with Rev. David Prather, officiating. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park.
