Doris Pelter Sebera

Doris Pelter Sebera, 90, of Hopewell, passed away Saturday, September 2, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry L. and Olive Story Pelter; and husband, Albert J. Sebera. She is survived by her four children, Sister Elaine Sebera, R.S.M., Robert “Speed” Sebera (Gina), Joan Lafland (Gary), and Pat Slaughter; eight grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, September 11, 2017 at Church of the Sacred Heart Parish, 9300 Community Lane, S. Prince George, VA 23805. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Sunday, September 10, 2017 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
