Dorothy Lunsford

Dorothy Wood Lunsford, 92, of Colonial Heights died Saturday, December 29, 2007 at her residence. She was born in Petersburg the daughter of the late Waverly and Mary Boughan Lunsford. Ms. Lunsford was a graduate of the University of Virginia, where she received her nursing degree and later served her country in World War II as a Registered Nurse with the American Red Cross. She was preceded in death by her siblings Robert W. Lunsford, C. Henry Lunsford, John W. Lunsford, Julia L. Graham and Ethel L. Epes. She is survived by her sister Audrey E. Lunsford and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 2nd at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T.
