Douglas Edwards

Douglas Wayne Edwards, age 52, resident of Bracey, VA, formerly of Chester, VA passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2011. He was born in Bethesda, MD, the son of the late Donald Edwards. Mr. Edwards was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Michele H. Edwards; children Matthew W. Edwards, Rachel N. Pickens, Daniel W. Hendrix; mother, Claire M. Edwards; brother, Ronald W. Edwards and his wife Kathy. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 13, 2011 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Chester chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with interment afterwards in Dale Memorial Park, Chester.
