Douglas Whitaker

Douglas R. Whitaker, died suddenly February 13, 2011. Born March 15, 1947 in Camp Creek, WV. Doug was the youngest of five children. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leaman and Rachel Bailey Whitaker, and his older sister Doris Miller. He is survived by his wife, Fannie; sons, James and Mark of South Carolina; brother Leon of Heathsville, VA; sisters, Kay Martin of Chesterfield, VA and Jean Marlett of Sunset, TX; and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on Friday, February 18, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester. Condolences to the family may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com .
