Dupon H Yee

Dupon Hon Yee, age 68, of Chester, VA, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2015. He is survived by his wife Yu Yuee Yee; his mother Lai Won Yee; his son Stephen Yee; his daughter and son-in-law Stephanie and Michael Smereka; and grandson Alexander Smereka. He was born on June 14, 1947 to father Do Yee and mother Lai Won Yee. Hometowns included Taishan, Hong Kong, and Salt Lake City. He attended the University of Utah and obtained a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering. He had a love of photography, classical music, and his fellowship at Woodlawn Baptist Church. . A graveside service will be held, 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Sunset Memorial Park Chester, VA.
