Dwight Sloan Lee

Dwight Sloan Lee, 74, of Hopewell, VA, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023. He was the son of the late Randolph Lee, Jr. and Lula Blanche Sloan Lee; and was also preceded in death by his wife, Priscilla Lee; and three brothers, David, Beverly, and Doug Lee. Mr. Lee faithfully served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War and had retired from Civil Service at Fort Lee after many years of dedicated service. He is survived by four nieces, Terry Jones (Darrel), Robin Lewis, April Lucy (Glenn), and Kim Herring. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment with military honors will follow at Bermuda Memorial Park, Chester, VA.
