Earle F. Clements, 81, of Colonial Heights, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2004 at Southside Regional Medical Center. Born in Petersburg, he was the son of the late George F. and Delores Kidd Clements. He served in the U. S. Navy during WWII and was a retired manager with C & P Telephone Company. Mr. Clements is survived by his wife, Jane A. Clements; his son, Ronald W. Clements and wife Karen of Chesterfield County; his granddaughter, Kelly Clements Amos and husband Steve; his great-grandson, Justin Amos all of Dinwiddie County; his step-son, Chuck Moseley and wife Lisa of Waverly; his step-daughters, Gayle Moseley Sutton of South Hill, Beth Moseley Carnes and husband Raymond of Clarks Hill, S. C., and Kathy Moseley Sims and husband Ken of South Hill; and eight step-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 Thursday evening at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 30, at Southlawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Reginald Rumburg, pastor of Kenwood United Methodist Church officiating.
