Eddie Bennett

Eddie Arnold Bennett, 64, of Spring Grove passed away on September 24, 2010. He was the son the of the late Herbert and Norma Russell Bennett. Mr. Bennett was a member of Salem United Methodist Church, and a United States Army Veteran. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Mr. Bennett is survived by his loving wife, Dianna L. Bennett; two daughters, Cindy Mills, and Nicole Darby; son, Tommy Mills; two grandchildren, Emily and Tristan Mills; five brothers, James R. Bennett, Jimmie Bennett and wife, Judy, Teddie Bennett and wife, Connie, Steve Bennett and wife, JoAnn, and Larry Bennett; two sisters, Lettie Crist and husband, Basil, and Linda Holcomb and husband, Jack. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Monday September 27, 2010 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Beverly Nelan officiating. Interment Appomattox Cemetery, Hopewell Va.
