Edna Faye Elder, 76, of N. Dinwiddie, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2018. Our hearts were saddened by the passing of our dearly beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sadie and Earl Lemocks; and daughter, Anita Lynn Moore. She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Bruce Elder; three daughters, Irma Jean Moore, Shirley Ann Moore and Lenora Faye Jancarek; two sons, David Lewis Moore, Jr. and Ronald lee Moore; step-son, Jeffrey Elder, step-daughter, Sherry Goodrow; 10 grandchildren, John Barkley, Melanie Rawlings, Jennifer Arrington, David Moore III, Richard Moore, Robert Moore, Crystal Jancarek, Michael Cox, Thomas Robertson and Michelle Robertson; 7 great-grandchildren, Daelynn Reynolds, Tyler, Kyle and Ryan Barkley, Kayleigh Arrington, Kayle Henderson and Phillip Scibelli. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Southlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M, Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
