Edward Scott Norton

Scott Norton, born Edward Scott Norton, 64, of Prince George, passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021. Born in Martinsville, VA, Scott was the son of the late John Paul Norton and Gladys Inez Jones. Scott is survived by his beloved husband, Mark Bryan Ragland, siblings, Lynn Walko (John) and Greg Norton (Judi); nieces and nephews, David Norton, Travis Norton, Morgan Walko Bell, Kathy Walko Boyce and John A. Walko. Scott is also survived by numerous cats, Max, Cleo, Tibby, Elsa and 13 cats at the Exon station whom he loved and cherished. Scott was also a devoted member of the Herb Society of America. The family is being served by Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, October 24th at 12:30pm at Boulevard Flower Gardens, 2120 Ruffin Mill Road, S. Chesterfield, VA 23834. We will hold the service in the outdoor pavilion in the woods behind the nursery. Their business will be open so please be respectful of their customers.
